Acceptable Use Policy

To protect recipients, your sender reputation and our routes, all Alaponi users must follow this Acceptable Use Policy.

Consent: send only to recipients who have opted in to receive your messages.
No spam: do not send unsolicited bulk messages, scams, or misleading content.
Content rules: follow BTRC content rules; promotional content is generally in Bangla and may require approval. No illegal, fraudulent, adult or hateful content.
Sender IDs: use only approved masking sender IDs that you are authorised to use.
Do-not-disturb: respect calling/sending hours and do-not-disturb expectations, especially for voice broadcasting.
Voice & WhatsApp: follow operator rules for automated voice, and Meta's rules (opt-in, approved templates, 24-hour window) for WhatsApp.
Enforcement: violations may lead to suspension or termination without refund of misused credit.
