These Terms govern your use of Alaponi's messaging services (SMS, OTP, voice, WhatsApp and AI), a product of SISMOO. By creating an account or sending messages, you agree to these Terms.
- Service: Alaponi provides prepaid bulk SMS, OTP, voice broadcasting, WhatsApp Business API and AI chatbot services for businesses in Bangladesh.
- Account & credit: Service runs on prepaid credit. You only pay for what you send; credit is non-transferable unless stated.
- Acceptable use: You may only message recipients who have opted in, and must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and all BTRC/operator rules.
- Masking: Branded sender IDs require approval and valid documents (trade license, authorization letter). Misuse may lead to suspension.
- Delivery: We work hard for reliable delivery but do not guarantee 100% delivery, as final delivery depends on operators and recipient networks.
- Liability: Alaponi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the unused credit on your account.
- Changes: We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Pricing may change with notice.
